The training takes place in the big Judo hall at Iham sports hall. In a typical session we start with warm-up and focus on techniques alternated by one on one rolling. Our group is welcoming to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. 

We are training every Tuesday from 17:30 tillt 19:00 and have a yearly break in the summer months of July and August. You can enroll for a free initiation class two times. After that you will be asked to join the club.

You can choose for a yearly fee of 125€ or a monthly fee of 25€. Both includes training, open mats organized by us and sports insurance.

For grappling you only need shorts, a fitting shirt and some drinking water. Showers are available!

The sport hall is easily accessible by public transport (5 minutes walking from the train station.)
